We currently deliver products all over Bangladesh through trusted courier and delivery partners.

Delivery areas include:

  • Chattogram
  • Khulna

  • Barishal
  • Rangpur
  • Mymensingh
  • And other districts nationwide

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

Inside Dhaka

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Outside Dhaka

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

During public holidays, festivals, or unavoidable situations, delivery may take longer than usual.


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product weight
  • Order quantity
  • Courier charges

Final delivery cost will be shown during checkout or confirmed by our support team.


Order Confirmation

After placing an order:

  • Customers may receive a confirmation call, SMS, or email
  • Orders may be canceled if customer information is incomplete or unreachable

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected areas of Bangladesh.

COD availability depends on:

Delayed or Failed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Political disruptions

If delivery fails because of incorrect customer information, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.


Return Policy

Eligible Return Reasons

  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Product packaging is broken or defective
  • Product quality issue is verified

Return Request Time

Customers must report return issues within:

  • 24 hours of receiving the product

Late complaints may not qualify for return or replacement.


Conditions for Return

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Remain in original packaging
  • Include invoice/order details
  • Not be intentionally damaged

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

  • Opened food or spice products
  • Used items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Change-of-mind purchases

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds may be processed via Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer, or original payment method
  • Processing time may take 3–7 business days

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Moshlakotha.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled:

  • Before shipment confirmation
  • If products are unavailable
  • Due to pricing or technical errors

Customers may also request cancellation before the order is dispatched.
